How much does a ride cost?
Ride pricing is distance-based and quoted in the Leash app before the ride is confirmed, so you always know the cost up front. If we’re booking for you, just call or text 469-409-3044 and we’ll get you the quote with your reservation.
How far will they travel?
There is no distance restriction. Leash operates across the Dallas–Fort Worth metro, so pick-up works well beyond Plano.
Which services can I use it for?
Boarding and daycare, in either direction — pick-up, drop-off home, or both.
Who is driving my dog?
A verified Leash driver. Every driver clears a background check and motor vehicle record review and has hands-on pet handling experience. Dogs ride secured with a harness and seatbelt tether.
Do I have to download an app?
No. The simplest route is to let us book it for you — call or text 469-409-3044. If you’d rather handle it yourself, the Leash app takes a couple of minutes and new riders get 10% off the first booking.
Can they bring my dog home too?
Yes. Return trips work exactly the same way — tell us when you’d like your dog home and we’ll set it up.
