Do I have to use the portal to book?
No. The portal is the fastest way and it’s open 24/7, but you can always call or text 469-409-3044 and we’ll book it for you.
I’m brand new. What do I do first?
Book a free tour and bring your dog, then create your account. You can create the account before or after the tour — either way, your first day of daycare is free.
Where do I upload vaccine records?
In your dog’s profile in the portal or the app. If that’s a hassle, give us your vet’s name and we’ll request the records for you. We need rabies, distemper and bordetella.
What is the app invite code?
946167. Install Gingr for Pet Parents, enter the code when prompted, then log in with the same email or phone you use on the website portal.
Can I book boarding in the portal?
Yes — pick your check-in and check-out dates and the portal takes care of the rest. Standard boarding is $55 a night and VIP is $89. Not sure your dates work? Call or text and we’ll sort it out.
I forgot my password.
Use the “Forgot password” link on the log-in screen and Gingr will email you a reset. If the email doesn’t arrive, call or text us and we’ll fix it from our side.
Rather talk to a person?
Call or text and you’ll reach someone who knows your dog — usually Teresa, the owner. We’ll set up your account and book your dates while you’re on the phone.
