Traveling a lot?
Prepaid nights: Explorer 20 nights at $47.50/night, Jetsetter 30 nights at $45/night. Good for a year and shareable between dogs in the family.
No surprise fees. The only extra is a $10/night holiday surcharge on major holidays (prepaid packages are exempt). A 30% deposit holds your reservation, fully refundable up to 48 hours before check-in.

What’s the fastest way to book?
Set up your account in our Owner’s Portal and schedule the stay right from there — it’s the quickest way, and it’s open 24/7. Complete your dog’s profile (vaccines, food and medication details) once, and every future booking takes about a minute. Prefer to talk it through? Call us at 469-409-3044.
How much does boarding cost?
Standard boarding is $55 per night, with 20% off each additional dog from the same family. VIP boarding is $89 per night and adds a daily daycare playgroup or gym session, cuddle time, a bath, daily photos and a treat. Seniors and special-needs dogs stay at the standard $55 rate with free medication administration. We ask for a 30% deposit at booking; cancel more than 48 hours before the stay and it’s fully refunded.
What’s the difference between Standard and VIP?
Standard covers everything your dog needs: a private suite, their own food and feeding schedule, individual potty breaks and outside time, meds, and photos 3x a week. VIP adds the extras — a daycare playgroup or a gym session every day, daily cuddle time, a bath before pickup, daily photos and a treat. If your dog loves to play or you love updates, VIP is the one.
Are there any extra fees?
No surprise fees. There’s a $10/night surcharge on major holidays, and that’s it — no exit-bath fee, no evaluation fee, no intact fee. Daycare, gym, cuddle sessions ($15 each) and baths ($30) are optional add-ons you choose, not fees.
Do you accept intact dogs for boarding?
Yes. Intact males, females and puppies are all welcome — no extra charge and no neuter requirement. The only exception: females in heat can’t join daycare playgroups for safety, so they get extra potty breaks, one-on-one staff time and private enrichment instead.
What should I bring for my dog’s stay?
Your dog’s food (pre-portioned if possible), any medications, and a comfort item like a favorite toy or blanket. We supply fresh water, bowls, bedding and all enrichment materials.
What does a day look like while boarding?
- Morning: potty break and breakfast
- Daytime: outside time and enrichment, plus a playgroup or gym session for VIP guests
- Midday: rest and fresh water in their suite
- Afternoon: more outside time and individual attention
- Evening: dinner and one-on-one time
- Overnight: quiet rest in their private suite, with staff on-site
Do you give medications?
Yes — oral medications, eye and ear drops and prescription diets, at no extra charge. Add them to your dog’s food and medication section in the portal so we have the exact doses and times. We are not able to give injections.
What vaccines do you require?
Rabies, distemper and bordetella. You can upload records right in the portal.
Can I check in on my dog?
Yes. Standard guests get photo updates 3x a week and VIP guests get daily photos, and we post daily fun on our Facebook and Instagram. You’re always welcome to call and ask how they’re doing.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as you can for holidays and school breaks — those dates fill first. For everything else, the portal will show you what works. If your dates are close, give us a call and we’ll sort it out.
