Trainer-led, with boundaries
A trainer runs every group. The bouncy adolescent learns to be polite with the older dogs instead of just being kept away from them.
Reading the room is a skill
Our team helps dogs notice and respect each other’s signals — the small cues that head off trouble before it starts.
Play ends when the dog is done
We pull dogs out of play when they start getting tired, not when a clock says the session is over. Rest is part of the day.

Daycare questions
How much does dog daycare cost?
$35 for a full day, and your dog’s first day is free. Memberships run $135 (1 day a week), $270 (2 days) or $400 (3 days) per month, and unlimited weekday daycare is $499 a month with a second dog at $249.50.
Do you offer half days?
No. Daycare is a full day, 7am to 7pm, so play and rest can be paced properly.
What does a typical day look like?
Dogs settle in with quiet time, a morning treat or food from home, and a trip outside. Through the day, small-group play alternates with rest in a suite. If it is too hot, cold or wet outside, play moves indoors. At pickup you get an honest word about how the day went.
How are dogs grouped for play?
We mix sizes and match energy and personalities. A trainer leads every group and sets boundaries, so dogs learn to read each other’s signals and be polite in mixed company. Groups are adjusted through the day as dogs tire.
Do you accept intact dogs in daycare?
Yes, males and females of any age. The only exception is a female in heat, who switches to boarding only for at least 21 days from the start of her cycle. Details on our intact-dogs page →
Do you take anxious, shy or reactive dogs?
Yes. Small trainer-led groups are exactly where these dogs do best. We match by temperament, read body language closely, and many dogs that struggled at other daycares settle in here.
Is there an evaluation or interview fee?
No. Your free first day is the evaluation. We watch how your dog does in a small group and tell you honestly what we saw.
How do I book a daycare day?
New dogs start with a free tour. After that, book days in the Owner Portal or the Gingr for Pet Parents app, or call or text 469-409-3044.
Will I get updates about my dog’s day?
You get a real report at pickup, and we post photos and videos on Facebook and Instagram at @pawsupplano.
What should my dog bring?
A secure collar or harness for drop-off. Harnesses come off before group play for safety. We provide toys, fresh water and rest suites. Send food from home if your dog has special dietary needs.
What vaccines do you require?
Rabies, distemper and bordetella. Upload records in the Owner Portal, or give us your vet’s name and we will request them for you.
